 With all that is going on, I want to remind you that you are loved, and that you are Appreciated for helping those who can not help themselves, no matter what the issue is.




I observe you from a distance, and even from up close, you are truly Amazing! The days of Compassion, Empathy and even humility to uplift humanity, is a Thank you, that no Law can change. 

The pressure, the requirements to show up, even for self.. Yes you Can!!! I stand with you!

To find support, or someone that will listen, I am here.

To change, to grow, to one day become old, we shall say.

I am the Heart that witness, embraced and even extended myself to others, when I all I had was Time & Love to sow.
